"...........After Mr Johnson retired, Mr Bagshaw became the Headmaster. He was a very well respected and popular Head. Around that time, Mrs Olive Goll came to the school as PE teacher. She was very enthusiastic and was particularly interested in netball. Several teams reached great heights (literally and metaphorically) in various competitions and tournaments. Mrs (Goll also encouraged classes to compete in local athletic competitions, in particular cross country running. This is a photograph - possibly around 1967/68 when all three local schools competed in the Lincolnshire Schools' Cross Country Championships..............."

".......................This is a newspaper cutting of the Morris School trip (plus other schools within Lincolnshire) on its very first cruise on the Dunera. It could be that this was the very first school cruise ever nationally~ and so was extra special. It was October 1967 and the overall cost was either £43.00 or £45.00. This was very expensive at the time and all the pupils were supplied with a weekly paying in book. There was loads of excitement surrounding the trip and all parents were invited down by coach to Immingham for an incredible send-off. The cruise was indeed a memorable experience. Pupils were accompanied by Mr .and Mrs. Crabb, who recorded the trip on a cine-camera................."
